So she set off on the second part of her grand plan, the business venture.
First, she found a little silver food cart. It was perfect just for her. She toured it to events around Nelson and began to share her tacos with the world. The people were enthralled, and they told her, "Laura, we must have more!"
So she settled in Kirby Lane so the people could indulge daily. News of Reas Tacos continued to spread across the region and features popped up on The Edge Radio Station and in The Nelson Mail.
Quickly the little silver cart became too small, so with the help of a friend, she upgraded to a bigger cart, for a little while.

It all started back in 2020 when Laura rallied her trusty team of taste testers together and outlined her grand plan.
"Taste testers, I will not rest until I make the most succulent tacos in town! They must have the perfect balance of spice and flavor. But I can't do it without your help. Are you with me?"
Eagerly her taste testers leaped to the challenge. Week after week, they nibbled fried chicken, cauliflower bites, and melt in your mouth pulled pork until their bellies were full to the brim. Then one day, they announced...
"Laura, you've done it. These are definitely the best tacos in town! It's time for phase two...the unveil."
